Takkar Movie Review : Takkar
In the second half, the movie dwells deeper into the subject and gathers steam. The narration picks up pace and keeps audiences on the edge of their seats as the hunt begins to catch the culprit, and at the same time prevent more girls from commiting suicide.
Takkar is based on cyber crime. It is entwined with a cute love story that doesn’t have much of an impact on the final outcome. Manoj Kumar and Ranjani Raghavan have done their best as the lead couple. Saurav Lokesh shines as the villain. V Raghu Shashtry has touched upon a subject which is not explored by many in Sandalwood. A stronger first half and a swift narration with a bit more twists and turns could have made the movie more interesting. A predictable climax at end leaves one a tad disappointed.
