Ka R Deva Movie Review : Ka R Deva is an average entertainer
Studying in the same college, Janhavi (Monalisa Bagal) and Om (Mayur Lad) are in love in each other. But Janhavi’s parents disapprove of their relationship, and fix her marriage with someone else. Soon, the father (Arun Nalawade) withdraws his decision. Meanwhile, the boy is in Mumbai to study medicine, and is surprisingly unaware of the happenings. What happens then?
Ka R Deva is an average entertainer. Lead actors Monalisa Bagal and Mayur Lad are sincere, but considering it’s a love story, their performances and chemistry could have been much better. Nalawade pulls off his character well too, and the songs are decent enough
The biggest problem of the film is its weak storyline. Making it worse is the subplot of trader-dealer Sampatrao (Nagesh Bhosle), which is unnecessary. Plus, you tend to lose the interest because of the predictable narrative and slow pace. There are twists in the plot too, but they don’t succeed in making a strong impact. Ultimately, what we get is dull watch. Watch this one at your own risk.
